The Consumer Protection Act 1987 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. At Discreet Boutique, our return policy is much more generous. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused. You can even return items to us within 100 days for an exchange, replacement or Discreet Boutique credit voucher. All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories or free gifts that were included with your item.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Discreet Boutique as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery-powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product(s) and they are working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
With Discreet Boutique you can return any order to us within 30 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for a refund, alternative items, an exchange or a Discreet Boutique credit voucher. Return your items within 100 days (unopened and unused) and we can offer you an exchange, replacement or a Discreet Boutique credit voucher.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returned doll. If a doll has been used in any way or cannot be repackaged a refund will not be given. The doll must be returned free of marks or tears, in the original packaging with all accessories and be in a resalable condition.
If a fault is reported on a sex doll that has been used, we will investigate the evidence provided and reserve the right to offer a replacement, not a refund. If not in stock, the replacement doll will be ordered from the manufacturer and we will advise the date when it will be ready to dispatch to the customer, which may be several weeks.
Sex Dolls will not be replaced for tears or any cosmetic damage that may have been caused by use.
If the customer has a faulty item, there is a 30-day full refund policy and a 12-month replacement policy on all items excluding lingerie (used or unused). Also a Freepost address you may use within the first month of purchase if the customer is in the UK.
The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items from within the UK. When we receive the item back here it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the Freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the cost of postage.

Replacement faulty items are sent back out to you free of charge.
All items that are returned as faulty MUST not have been used or worn to allow for returns. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to your customer.
We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
